📦 Shipping Information

Shipping Regions:
We currently ship to most locations in the United States and across Europe. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse partners in China.

Shipping Fees:

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $199 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $199, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 per order applies.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Standard delivery times range from 30 to 45 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for remote areas, customs processing, or peak season delays.

Shipping Carriers:
We work with reliable international logistics partners and last-mile delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely and intact.

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

 

🔁 Return Policy

We want you to love your furniture, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window:

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind) will require the customer to cover return shipping costs.

  • In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, WAYFAIS will cover the return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return:
Please email our support team at support@wayfais.com with your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos (if applicable). We’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

 

🚚 Delays & Customs

  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance or external factors beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties required by local customs regulations in their country.
